Fallout 76 BETA progress will carry on to full-game but will not be available on Steam

If you were worried about your BETA adventure being forgotten once Fallout 76 fully releases then fear not as Bethesda has confirmed that progress will carry over.

The news comes from Bethesda’s official FAQ where they also confirmed there won’t be an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) when it comes to the BETA so you’re free to share your opinions, screenshots, videos, etc of the game.

Through their community forum, they also announced that the Beta will commence in October with a small pool of randomly selected players which will grow over-time. To be eligible, you must pre-order Fallout 76.

However, the game won’t come to Steam like previous Fallout iterations. Instead, PC players will have access to the game through Bethesda.net only.

Fallout 76 is set to release on November 14th, 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
